Legal Agreement
This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and jll8 governing your access to and use of the jll8 online gaming platform. By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any game on jll8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

You must be 21 years or older, a natural person (not a corporation or bot), physically located in a jurisdiction where jll8 is legally accessible, and not on any self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion list to hold a jll8 account.
Each individual may hold only one jll8 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of username, email address, or device — will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited in line with jll8's anti-fraud policy.
All funds deposited to your jll8 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jll8 processes withdrawals to verified accounts only — KYC identity verification is a prerequisite for any withdrawal.
All promotions and bonuses offered by jll8 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal conditions. Attempting to abuse bonuses will result in forfeiture and potential account suspension.
jll8 employs automated fraud detection, monitors betting patterns for integrity breaches, and reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, or withhold funds where evidence of cheating, collusion, or system abuse is identified.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts. PAGCOR's regulatory authority over jll8 remains operative at all times.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jll8 ("jll8," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jll8 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotional offers, and services accessible at jll8.club ("Platform").
By completing the registration process, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content, and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.
Continued use of the jll8 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. jll8 recommends that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jll8 Platform. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. jll8 strictly enforces this age requirement and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process.
Underage gambling is illegal. Any Account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds within the Account will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain a jll8 Account:
To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information required by jll8's registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. jll8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent time.
Each individual may register only one Account on the jll8 Platform. The registration, use, or maintenance of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jll8 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicates are detected, jll8 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts and retain any Balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. jll8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify jll8 immediately — via the contact channels listed on the Platform — if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach involving your credentials. jll8 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features (such as OTP verification) available on the Platform.
All information you provide to jll8 must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information at registration or any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. jll8 is entitled to treat any action performed using your Account credentials as having been performed by you personally unless you have reported an unauthorized access incident to jll8 in advance of such activity.
jll8 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and selected Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location, account verification status, and current system availability. jll8 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or on the cashier page. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and may be returned to the originating payment account.
All funds deposited to your jll8 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is strictly prohibited. jll8 may request verification of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
All transactions on the jll8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a conversion is applied due to the nature of a payment method, the exchange rate applied will be disclosed in the transaction summary.
jll8 offers voluntary deposit limit tools accessible from your Account dashboard. Players are strongly encouraged to set deposit limits as part of responsible gaming practice. Deposit limits set by a Player may only be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
jll8 will not process any withdrawal request until KYC identity verification has been completed. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID) and a live selfie. jll8 reserves the right to request additional documentation where circumstances require it.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account (GCash number, Maya account, or bank account) that is registered in the same name as the jll8 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. jll8 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 3–10 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash and Maya) during normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
Withdrawals from a Balance that includes Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those Bonus Funds. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will result in the automatic deduction of the pending bonus component from the requested withdrawal amount.
All promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives made available by jll8 are subject to individual bonus terms published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. These general Terms apply alongside those specific conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence with respect to that particular promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering Bonus Funds on excluded games will not count towards the wagering requirement.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to each verified Player once only. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once — whether through a duplicate account, a fresh registration, or any other mechanism — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
jll8 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, coordinated wagering, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at jll8's sole discretion and are final.

Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the jll8 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, changed, or reversed by the Player. jll8 reserves the right to void bets that were placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction on the Platform.
Sports bets accepted by jll8 are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published on the Platform. In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered prior to completion, jll8 will apply the settlement rules specified for that event type. PBA, NBA, boxing, UFC, volleyball, and sabong markets are subject to their respective specific rules.
Live casino games streamed on jll8 are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a stream disconnection or game malfunction during an active round, the result will be determined in accordance with the game provider's rules for that event. jll8 is not liable for interruptions caused by the Player's own internet connection or device.
jll8 will not process a Wager where your Account Balance is insufficient to cover the stake. It is your responsibility to ensure your Balance is adequate before placing bets. jll8 does not offer credit facilities of any kind.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jll8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
jll8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limit settings; cool-off periods; and full self-exclusion. Players who believe they may be experiencing gambling-related harm are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility, which locks the Account for a minimum period of six months and can be extended up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to access the Platform, and jll8 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

Gambling is intended as entertainment only. It should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses. All content on the jll8 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of jll8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without jll8's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jll8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
jll8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jll8 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
jll8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time — with or without notice — where jll8 reasonably suspects or determines that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, the associated Balance will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a Terms breach, jll8 may forfeit all or part of the Balance. If the investigation clears the Player of wrongdoing, the Balance will be released and the Account reinstated or, at the Player's election, the Balance returned via the original deposit method.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting jll8 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.
jll8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the jll8 Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
jll8 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. jll8 may share your data with game providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

jll8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jll8 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
jll8 maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms upon request submitted to the support contact listed below.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and jll8, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may submit a formal complaint to jll8 support using the contact details below. jll8 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 15 business days.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under applicable gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights to seek redress under Philippine consumer protection law.
